Club 999 reserves the right to verify a member's age and identity at any point during or after registration. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

All information provided at the time of registration with Club 999 must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in account closure.

• Single Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per mobile number or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Identity Verification: For security purposes, Club 999 may request identity verification via a National ID card or other official document at any time.
• Information Updated: If your mobile number or address changes, please update your account settings immediately.
• Password Security: Never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Club 999 Support immediately.

All financial transactions on Club 999 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). We support a range of local payment methods, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically 10–15 minutes. For larger amounts, it may take up to 24 hours following identity verification.
• Third-Party Transactions Prohibited: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Anti-Money Laundering Policy: Club 999 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions are automatically flagged for review.

If a technical error results in an incorrect credit, Club 999 reserves the right to correct the amount. Any winnings derived from such an error may be considered void.

• Wagering Requirement: For most bonuses, withdrawal is only available after wagering the bonus amount a specified number of times.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming the same bonus more than once — whether through multiple accounts or via family members — is strictly prohibited.
• Free Spin Terms: Winnings from free spins may be subject to wagering requirements.
• Referral Bonus: To receive a referral bonus, the referred member must successfully register and deposit the required amount.

Club 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a member is found to have abused bonuses or engaged in fraudulent activity, all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

• Bet Cancellation Policy: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. Exceptions are made only in cases of technical error.
• Match Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Club 999. Violating these restrictions will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or opening an account under another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus arbitrage.
• Operating games using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Behaving rudely or making threatening remarks toward other members or Club 999 staff.
• Participating on behalf of a minor or allowing them to use your account.

Club 999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If there is reasonable suspicion or evidence of a breach of any term or condition.
• If identity or age verification has not been completed.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For legal reasons or upon government directive.

Upon account closure, the member's real balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after the relevant process is completed. Members may also close their account at any time by contacting Support.

Club 999 believes gaming is meant to be enjoyable — not a way to cope with stress or financial problems. We are committed to fostering a responsible gaming culture.

• Bet Limit Settings: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits in their account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact Club 999's customer support first. Our team typically resolves all complaints within 24 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, please provide full details including screenshots, transaction IDs, and timestamps.
• All decisions made by Club 999 are final and binding.
• If a complaint is not raised within 30 days, the member will be deemed to have accepted the outcome.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

Club 999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via the app or email.

• Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please request account closure.
